Recover GRUB

I had problem reovering GRUB when I needed to reinstall Windows. I finally found a web page about this. It is at http://linix.wordpress.com/. Search for the topic "Where is GRUB?" or directly go to http://linix.wordpress.com/2006/11/05/where-is-grub/.
